Emine Erdoğan, the wife of President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, attended the opening of the "From Waste to Art" exhibition held at Beştepe Millet Congress and Culture Center on the occasion of World Environment Day on June 5th.

The exhibition, organized under the auspices of Emine Erdoğan, includes works by artists Adnan Ceylan, Murat Yıldırım Çakar, Murat Ilgar and Asaf Erdemli, who make artistic works of scrap metal and dead cedar trees. Emine Erdoğan celebrated the World Environment Day of young people in the exhibition, which was organized with the participation of high school students and high school students. In the exhibition, planting was carried out with children using compost fertilizers obtained from organic wastes. “Zero Waste” implementation is carried out in accordance with the principle of separation of wastes at the source in all dormitories, with the priority of public institutions in Ankara. Within the scope of the project, 15 thousand public officials were provided with trainings and the draft legislation on ile Zero Waste ”application was prepared. Presidential Complex, the Ministry of Environment and Urbanization, in particular, Prime Ministry, Grand National Assembly, TRT officially, "Zero Waste" application has started. On the occasion of World Environment Day, environmental activities will be held in Beştepe Millet Congress and Culture Center throughout the week.
