Hazards when disposed of to the environment;
- As a result of its decomposition, toxic metals leading by cadmium and mercury are released, causing environmental pollution.
- These metals, which are mixed with nature, reach the human by means of food chain and threaten human health.
- We will eliminate the disposable waste.

See More04 What should be done
Within the scope of waste prevention / reduction;
- Electrical and electronic equipment should not be discarded before the end of its life span;
In case of waste;
- Separated from other wastes.
- It is taken to collection points designated by municipalities, authorized institutions or licensed companies.
For the Recovery of Separate Collected Waste
a controlled dismantling is performed in Environmental licensed processing plants. Waste electrical and electronic equipment is subjected to a series of processes such as dismantling, crushing, shredding, recycling and recovering precious metals such as copper, aluminum and gold, as well as parts of plastics and metals. It is disposed of heavy metals and harmful gases.- The amount of metal in WEEE is higher than ores in mines.
- While 200 kg of rock must be processed to produce 1 kg of iron, the same amount can be achieved with only 2 kg of WEEE.
- 200 kg of metal is required to obtain 1 kg of copper, while the same amount can be achieved with 13 kg of WEEE.
- While 240,000,000 kg of mine is required to produce 1 kg of gold, the same amount can be achieved with 100,000 kg of WEEE.
Usage Area After Recovery
Recycled products, white goods, automobile industry, etc. are used as the main raw material in the sector.
